Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-29
1. Scope
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account, server, application, database, address, and network resource, and to anyone you give access to. You are responsible for all traffic and content that originates from or is hosted on your resources, whoever caused it.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not host, store, transmit, or link to:
- child sexual abuse material or any content sexualizing minors, which we report to the competent authorities and remove without notice;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other rights, including unlicensed streaming or IPTV re-streaming and pirated software;
- malware, ransomware, exploit kits offered to others, phishing pages, or fake shops;
- content promoting terrorism or violent extremism, credible threats, or harassment;
- personal data obtained or published without a lawful basis, including doxxing;
- any other content that is unlawful where it is hosted or targeted.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services for:
- unauthorized access, port or vulnerability scanning of systems you do not control, brute-force attacks, or credential stuffing;
- denial-of-service attacks, stresser or booter services, or traffic amplification;
- botnet or command-and-control infrastructure;
- fraud, carding, money laundering, or evading sanctions or export controls;
- open proxies, open relays, or anonymizing exit nodes (including TOR exit relays) available to the public;
- cryptocurrency mining without our prior written approval;
- forging packet or email headers, spoofing IP addresses, or announcing address space you are not authorized to use;
- interfering with other customers, our network, or our systems.
Security testing of your own systems, or of systems whose owner authorized it in writing, is permitted when it does not affect others.
4. Email
You may not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, send mail to purchased or scraped lists, or host sites advertised by spam. Bulk senders must use confirmed opt-in, honor unsubscribe requests promptly, and identify themselves. We may restrict outgoing mail ports by default and lift the restriction on request for accounts in good standing.
5. Fair Use of Shared Resources
Usage that degrades shared hosts, storage, or network for other customers, such as sustained excessive disk I/O or packets per second, may be throttled or require moving to a larger or dedicated plan. We try to contact you first unless immediate action is needed.
6. Your Obligations
Keep your systems patched and secured. Respond to abuse notices we forward within the time stated in the notice, normally 24 hours, and explain the corrective action taken. A compromised system is treated like intentional abuse until it is cleaned.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, proportionate to the risk, filter traffic, null-route addresses, isolate or suspend resources, remove access to content, or terminate the account. We may act without notice for illegal content, attacks, or harm to our network or third parties. Unless the law or an investigation prevents it, we tell you which resource was restricted and why, and you can reply or appeal through support.
We may charge reasonable costs caused by a violation, such as delisting our addresses from blocklists or handling repeated complaints. Accounts with repeated violations, including repeat copyright infringement, are terminated. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required and may preserve data relevant to an investigation.
8. Reporting Abuse
To report a violation, follow the instructions on the abuse page. We may update this Policy; the current version applies from its date.
